At Mére et Fille, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade soaps and natural products. Due to the personal care nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

That being said, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out and let us know! We want to make it right for you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if your cancellation request is received before your order has shipped. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (or within 5 business days) with photos and order details if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
